- Apples
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Brown Sugar
- Salted Butter
- Flour
- Salt
- Egg
- Chopped Pecans
- Heavy Cream

How To Make This Skillet Caramel Apple Pecan Crustless Pie
- Peel and slice 4 cups of apples.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add butter to skillet and put in oven to melt.
- Meanwhile, add cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar to the apples and mix.
- Once butter is melted in skillet. Take out of the oven and add the cinnamon apple mixture.
- In a separate bowl add melted butter, sugar and egg and whisk up.
- Mix in the flour, salt and pecans.
- Add the batter over the apples and gently spread evenly.
- Bake in the oven until top is golden brown
- Serve hot with caramel sauce and ice cream

- Peel and slice 4 cups of apples.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add 3 tbsp of butter to skillet and put in oven to melt.
- Meanwhile, add cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar to the apples and mix.
- Once butter is melted in skillet. Take out of the oven and add the cinnamon apple mixture to the skillet
- In a separate bowl add 1/2 cup melted butter, organic cane sugar and egg and whisk up.
- Mix in the flour, salt and chopped pecans.
- Evenly spread the batter on top of the apples
- Bake in the oven 30 minutes until top is golden brown
- Serve hot with caramel sauce and ice cream
- While baking make the caramel sauce. Melt 1/2 cup butter in sauce pan on medium heat, once melted add 1/2 cup of brown sugar whisk until smooth
- Add 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream to Caramel Sauce, whisk and remove from heat
