Method
- Add frozen chicken to slow cooker
- Fill with water until 3 inches to the top of the slow cooker
- Add onion, celery, garlic, thyme, Apple Cider Vinegar,
- Set on low
- Once chicken is cooked remove chicken from slow cooker. Remove chicken meat from bones and add bones back into the slow cooker to simmer for up to 24 hours.
- After bone broth has simmered for up to 24 hours, strain over a large bowl.
- Store in fridge, freeze or pressure can

Once the chicken is cooked, it is great for any chicken recipe.
