It’s the beginning of December and time to start some Christmas baking. I have designed a Free Christmas baking planner printable to keep track of your baking this holiday season. This planner will help organize your favorite cookies, squares, snacks and food gifts that you would like to make.
Write down what you’d like to make and all the recipes to go with them. I have also included three different recipe pages to print off and write down your recipes on. Print out multiple copies and make your own Christmas baking binder, so you are not hunting down the family favorite recipes each year. Here is the recipe binder I purchased. It’s great for keeping all your favorite recipes in one place.

What’s Inside the Baking Planner?
Recipe Tracker – This is where you can jot down all the recipes you would like to make. Yearly favorites and new ones.
Recipe Pages – There are 3 blank recipe pages to print off. Of course if you need more, you can definitely just print off pages 2-5 to add more to your collection. Put the recipes in plastic sleeves and into a binder to save for next year.
Grocery List – There is a page with 2 grocery lists. Easily cut the page in half for all your shopping trips.
Christmas Gift Tags – If making some homemade goodies are on your to do list this year. I have included some cute Christmas tags to add to your packaging.
Food Gift Planner – Along with the Christmas gift tags, there is a Food Gift Tracker. Where you can keep track of what recipe you would like to make for whom, and to keep track when it was delivered.

How to Use Your Christmas Baking Planner
Now that you have your printable Christmas Baking Planner, here’s how to make the most of it:
- Print it out: Print as many copies of each section as you need. Whether you’re baking for a small group or planning an elaborate holiday spread, you’ll have enough pages to organize your recipes and lists.
- Plan Ahead: Start by filling out your Recipe Tracker and Baking List early on, so you can see exactly what you want to make. Include your favorite go-to recipes and consider trying a few new ones this year.
- Make a Shopping List: Based on your recipes, jot down all the ingredients you’ll need. This will help streamline your grocery shopping and ensure you don’t forget anything.
- Gift Your Treats: Use the Food Gift Planner to keep track of the treats you’re gifting. This will ensure you bake enough for everyone on your list while also allowing you to personalize each gift.
- Enjoy the Process: The holidays are about family, fun, and sharing. Enjoy the time spent in the kitchen, and don’t forget to sample your delicious creations!
I don’t know about you, but I love Christmas baking. Most of the time I bake to give to others, but we also like to have a few sweets around for Christmas. I am excited to use this Christmas Baking Planner this year. I am going to write out all our favorite recipes and keep for the upcoming years. It’s always time consuming searching cookbooks or Pinterest for the recipe.
Here are a few recipes that I have available that make wonderful Christmas Gifts, or to make and try at home yourself.
